These Chill Gummies with Delta 8 are awesome . To be honest for me they are a bit strong to use during the day but I find that at night they help me relax and fall asleep. I only need one or two and I’m out like light. During the day I’ve been using the Relax Full spectrum extra strength gummies to help with anxiety and arthritis pain. I have chronic back pain due to degenerative disk disease and just general beating it up over the last 50+ years. One gummie and about 30 minutues later I actually forget my back hurts. I use the gummies as needed for when I over do it or as a preventative when I know I will be working my back more than it likes (cutting fire wood is a big one, haha). I do not feel the Delta 8 but then I also adjust my attitude outside of the gummies.
