Its a fantastic product, both my husband and I take a couple of gummies every night it truly helps with sleeping, relaxing and unwinding. I have noticed the consistency of it does change from jar to jar, sometimes having to take an extra gummy to get a similar result as a previous jar sometimes taking less so as to avoid a too strong buzz. But otherwise a great product, just may have to test how strong it is and get an idea of how much will give you the result you want. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in trying them.
