I ate one square about noon a few days after receiving the product. About two hours later, I felt a wonderful body alertness/presence and also a very cerebral kind of alertness. I took a walk for about an hour, a little over three miles, and got back home refreshed and energized. I have an arthritic right knee and I’ll give credit to the Chill squares for reducing, almost eliminating the irritation and pains that a long walk like that would give me. One whole square lasted about six hours, so I have been cutting them in half and while the effects are less intense than a whole square, they also last a good six or so hours. I am guessing that I felt the effects an hour in after consumption, but that were blooming wonderfully about two hours in.
I've been using this product for well over 2 years now, really effective on my back pain(stenosis) allows me to move about with reduced pain and an increase in comfort. Also, it eases my recovery from activities.
It helps with my arthritis.
