I use it at night to get to sleep. It's definitely stronger hit than some others that are supposed to help with sleep. It puts me to sleep pretty quickly.
These have worked great for me falling asleep but I now find myself needing to go up in mg. Will still keep buying but at a higher dose.
This one was new for me. It's easy to smoke and smooth. I smoked this in the evening leading up to bed. This left me happily relaxed. I know I'll get these again. I think I'll gift my friend with this.
