I"ve used from 300 up to this and I think it was stronger than the 1000. I am always delighted with your products and have been using them faithfully for years. I turned a lot of people onto this site who are happy about it. This helps a lot with muscle aches and pains but it doesn't always work on the arthritis in my hands and feet. My wife and I use these as a sleep aid every night. They definitely help us fall asleep faster!
These usually work great to help me sleep, yet sometimes I feel that the potency is inconsistent. Sometimes just a half works and other times a half is too strong. At times I cut them into quarters, and I sleep through the night and other times a quarter is not enough. So basically I think these are great but inconsistent.
