We really like these if you use them as a sleep aid they're effective also but they're everything that's advertised we have a subscription for them great deal and product :)
These really do help with telling your mind "I AM NOT HUNGRY"!! I usually took it around noon and it helped decrease the want of afternoon munchies as well as the evening after dinner. I also felt that it helped decrease what I consumed for my dinner. Definitely going to take these everyday as I like the feeling of not always looking for something to munch on.
These are very effective and within 1 hr I was fast asleep and actually slept over 7.5 hrs. I woke up once to go to the restroom, but I crawled back in and went to sleep without thinking I had a million and one things to accomplish tomorrow. I was a little groggy upon waking, but a quick shower and my morning coffee and I was out the door! These definitely help ease you to sleep! Something I've been missing the last few weeks!
