I take ONE of these about 1/2 hour before bedtime. I sleep like a baby and will continue to purchase. They also help TREMENDOUSLY with pain. Fractured my L2 in Feb.and used this plus 2 Tylenol for the pain. I also used CBD CREAM MIXED WITH EMU CREAM & ess. oils for a back rub. Never needed pain meds or muscle relaxers that my doctor insisted I get. I said NO and did it my way, which worked great for me.

These gummies are the best tasting ones I’ve tried and the texture is nice & smooth. I like that there’s not a strong aftertaste. I’m newer to the edible world, so I’ve been trying various ones. These are the best ones, yet, for my fibromyalgia. They take a couple hours to start noticeable kicking in, but when they do I get a lighter, more relaxed feeling throughout my body. This helps with my chronic pain a lot. I sleep more deeply and feel a little better. Best of all, they don’t cause a drugged, hungover feeling in the morning. Definitely recommend.
