These are very effective and within 1 hr I was fast asleep and actually slept over 7.5 hrs. I woke up once to go to the restroom, but I crawled back in and went to sleep without thinking I had a million and one things to accomplish tomorrow. I was a little groggy upon waking, but a quick shower and my morning coffee and I was out the door! These definitely help ease you to sleep! Something I've been missing the last few weeks!

These are amazing... the only thing I have encountered on my past 2 orders, I get all of one color, which isnt on this picture and they taste awful (not sure which flavor mine are supposed to be) and they have all been stuck together. So I have not had a good experience with my past 2 orders but overall I am happy with Diamond CBD.
