If a shroom-like experience is what you're looking for, this is it. It says take 1/4. I can tell you for sure--as a 250+ pound guy--that if you take a whole one, you can write off realistic perceptions for the next 24 hours. We were island camping and even at just a half for my gf, we didn't leave the tent for a whole day except as absolutely necessary.
