Well I've gotten unexpected results with these. I've had horrible night sweats for a year now and nothing stopped it, not even prescriptions... until I started eating half of one of these at bedtime. Y'all, I haven't woken up drenched in sweat one time since. I'm staying on them just for that, but the other effects are pretty nice, too.
About 30-40 minutes preliminary TTE, and very tasty! Gives you a pretty fuzzy, warm-jelloey body high without completely overwhelming your faculties or giving you the head spins. A nice precursor to a good night's sleep.
