These gummies are great! I use them to help me sleep and just 1/4 of a gummy an hour before bedtime is perfect. I just sink in to bed and it feels so good. I sleep the night and the sleep is such a heavy sleep. I love it. And if you're interested in the buzz, take it 2 hours before bed and go to sleep feeling heavy and buzzed. And the shipping was good. They came pretty quickly and in good condition. I will definitely buy them again.
