I noticed a slight increase in arousal with only one gummy, which is half of a suggested serving. I wish the product contained more than 5 servings per package.
Energetic and uplifting. More head-ey and less physical but I can easy do a workout after a bowl of this, or take a nap. Makes workouts feel amazing :)
