CBD plus Delta-8 THC helps with my chronic pain and helps me (and wife) to sleep. Have been able to take fewer prescription meds (and help my liver) by supplementing with the gel caps. The caps work better for us bc just not a gummy fan (if I have an option) and the Texas heat will make one big, super-active DIY gummy, even with Diamond shipping in cold packs.
