These are my go to, to relieve the pain I have in my back and hip. Helps also for sleeping. I usually take one every evening when I know I'm not leaving the house.
I like this size on occasion and prefer to minimize the # of gummies I take to get that amount.
Let me stop by saying that I used to buy the shrooms. And that was my favorite, then you guys didn't have the shrooms anymore and I had to try something new and I tried these and it does not disappoint. They're really good. I can take up to 75 mg each gummy. And with the swums there were 25 mg each game I would have to take 3 of them. These ones last longer. I get more Bang for my buck. And the truth is, it gives you a really great high. I stay very focused very cent, no matter what I'm doing. And I don't get tired, but when it comes to the nighttime. Yes, it does knock me out.
