Not only does it work well, it tastes great! I have found that I enjoy it longer if I nibble at it every few minutes. It's like a Tootsie Roll pop.. nobody can lick it to the end. I end up chewing the final bit and it does its thing. Just the first few nibbles I can feel the effects. I have a good night sleep and wake without any residual grogginess. However, if I wake up in the night for some reason I can tell it's working, so I have to be careful not to fall down.. I am very pleased with the product and I'm considering a subscription to get the cost lower.
The gummies work so well. I will probably continue to order them. The only thing that would make me pause is the cost- they’re pretty expensive.
