I take a half with a sleep gummy sometimes if I’m restless. I’ll take a whole one if I have arthritic pain and it really takes the edge off. Good product.
Very good product for me, I get a solid 6 to 8 hours of sleep. I used to take melatonin supplements which didn’t work. This blend is perfect.
Really liking the new flavor and consistency. Not that the old one was bad, but this one is even better.
