I like to take one after my breakfast has settled, and it starts creeping up over the next few hours. The effect is never too much that it impacts my dexterity and I have never felt negative effects from daily use. The taste is so good, I'm tempted to have another, but I know better. It will never replace the flower, but it makes a great compliment.
I take two of these every night and they help me sleep! It’s not a good high when you are awake, but it seems to help with sleeping.
This is my go to Product. I take it around 8pm every night and it relaxes me and puts me in a slight euphoric state. A great way to end the nighttime and also sleep well
