Sleepy

A very delightful taste and feeling. I like to enjoy all time of the day if I have free time. Helps to keep relaxed.

I wanted something to help me calm down enough to sleep and this fit the bill very well. Have already purchased more

Not only does it work well, it tastes great! I have found that I enjoy it longer if I nibble at it every few minutes. It's like a Tootsie Roll pop.. nobody can lick it to the end. I end up chewing the final bit and it does its thing. Just the first few nibbles I can feel the effects. I have a good night sleep and wake without any residual grogginess. However, if I wake up in the night for some reason I can tell it's working, so I have to be careful not to fall down.. I am very pleased with the product and I'm considering a subscription to get the cost lower.
