Effective. I add another CBD 10X gummy and sleep through the night very comfortably. Acts pretty quickly, but has enough buzz that going to sleep it pretty cool.
Beats taking an over-the-counter sleep aide. Recommend taking at least half hour or more before you hit the pillow. Like other Diamond products they taste good too. Put away that late night snake and go chew this gummy.
