Do you have a mobile app?
Because we sell cannabis, mobile app stores wonβt allow us to develop our own app. With virtual apps, also known as progressive web apps, however, weβve found a way to give you all the benefits of a mobile app without breaking any rules!
So in short, we donβt have an app you can find in an App Store, but when you download our virtual app from our website on your phone, you can still get notified about your order, account, and even secret promotions!
Why would I want the app?
The Diamond CBD app is great for many reasons, but here are just a few reasons to get our app:
- Instantly and easily get notifications on your order, including shipping updates, delivery statuses, and more.
- Get notified about changes or updates about your account.
- Enjoy in-app exclusive deals, offers, and promotions.

How do I install the app on an Android?
To install the app on an Android, follow these simple steps:
- Tap the "three dot" icon in the upper right of this browser & select βAdd to Home Screenβ or βInstall Appβ, depending on your Android device or browser.
- You should now see a new Diamond CBD application icon on your phoneβs Home Screen.
- Open the Diamond CBD app by tapping the new app icon.
- Once the app is open, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. Enable push notifications.
- Thatβs it! You will now receive valuable push notifications and 500 reward points!
How do I install the app on an iPhone?
To install the app on an iPhone, follow these simple steps:
- Tap the βShareβ icon on this browser & select the βAdd to Home Screenβ option in the share popup.
- You should now see a new Diamond CBD application icon on your phoneβs Home Screen.
- Open the Diamond CBD app by tapping the new app icon.
- Once the app is open, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. Enable push notifications.
- Thatβs it! You will now receive valuable push notifications and 500 reward points!
I enabled the app but itβs not working.
If you enabled the app but are not getting push notifications, please go to your Account, whether on the app or on your browser, and click on Notifications. Once there, ensure you have enabled push notifications for order & shipment updates and/or special in-app offers.
If your push notifications are enabled from your account but they are still not working:
On Android:
- Open your device's Settings
- Go to "Notifications & Status Bar" and then "App Notifications"
- Toggle βAllow Notificationsβ on Diamond CBD .
On iPhone:
- Open your deviceβs Settings.
- Open Diamond CBD in the Settings.
- Tap βNotificationsβ
- Toggle βAllow Notificationsβ on.
