A gift card is a form of payment that can be used to make purchases at Diamond CBD in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.

You can either purchase a gift card the same way you would any other products by visiting our Gift Cards page or, if you’re part of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gifts, including gift cards.

To redeem a gift card, all you need to do is enter your gift card code in the gift card field during checkout. To find your gift card code, visit the Your Orders tab or look through your email to find the code. 

To check your gift card balance, visit our Gift Card page and enter your unique gift card code plus the email originally used to purchase the gift card. You’ll see your gift card’s remaining balance there.

CBD vape oil is a type of cbd that can be vaped (or inhaled) through a vape pen or cart. For those new to vaping, it is best to start with Diamond CBDs line of disposable CBD vapes of which there is a whole variety of choices. CBD vape oil users looking for something easy but a little more permanent can try a disposable CBD vape juice cartridge. Experienced users may choose to invest in a refillable vape pen. Here, a person can use CBD vape oils and flavors or mix in some CBD vape additive.

While it is not recommended that you ingest CBD vape oil - for that you should try CBD oil - no harm will come to you should you ingest any.

This is always a tough question. If your CBD vape oil has 0.3% THC there is always a chance you might pop for a false positive depending on how sensitive the test is. You shouldn't, but the chance is always there. You should always abstain for at least one week prior to drug testing

No. Vitamin E Acetate is an additive that was used by some companies. However, Diamond CBD uses absolutely no Vitamin E Acetate in any of our products, making everything safe to consume.

Vape cartridges clog when excess vapor cools and then condenses along the walls of the inner cartridge. It then solidifies into oil, causing a buildup in the airway or blockage.One way to prevent this is to continue pulling air through the cartridge for a few seconds with every puff. The extra draw of cool air will help to keep your cartridge clean and clear, preventing blockage from ever occurring. It is the best way to care for your vape products.Many people like to draw too hard on their vapes, which can also cause blockage. Pull a bit softer to prevent blockage or flooding of your cartridge.If your CBD or Delta-8 THC vape cartridge already has a blockage, then you will need to clean it. The best way to do this is to gently scrape out the excess residue with a toothpick, gently scraping it out of the cartridge.

Li-ion and Polymer batteries and packs may explode and cause fire if misused or defective. We require all buyers/users of Li-ion batteries and packs to be professionals and have the capability to handle an emergency.You must follow our instructions exactly as listed on the manufacturer's product page to control charging and discharging current.

To turn on your new vape pen press it 5 times until you see the pen light blinking.

We store and ship our cartridges upside down to prevent leaking. In many cases, this will force air upwards to surround the cotton wick. You will need to flip and prime the cartridge before the first use, or else the cotton will burn before the oil, causing a burnt taste and smell. If you do have a burnt taste or smell, it should dissipate within the first 15 or so puffs.

Starting in April 2021, we began shipping vape products via USPS due to new federal laws concerning vaping products. Effective April 5, 2021, UPS will not transport vaping products to, from or within the United States due to the increased complexity to ship those products, we wrote in a recent blog.
