Best product ever for anxiety and sleep. Everyone that cannot sleep should give these a try. Yes it seems like alot for just 10 but you start out with a half and me personally I take a whole one and it helps with my Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and even migraines. Diamond won't let you down.
