My current order is VERY VERY disappointing. I was charged 9.99 for 2 day shipping and it shipped out on January 5th. It is now January 9th and UPS is showing that I wonโt receive it until the 11th. That will be 6 days!!!! I called on January 7th and spoke with Victor who assured me a refund for the shipping fee and a return phone call which I NEVER received either one. I have been referring many friends to your company because up until now Iโve had nothing but great experience with you. Iโm now hesitant to continue using your company and referring Diamond CBD to anyone else. If I had received at least an email from Victor refunding my shipping fee and a return phone call that I was told that I would get then I wouldnโt be so mad and disappointed. Iโm out of town because my stepson tried to commit suicide so it was imperative that I would receive my order within your 2 day time frame once the order shipped. Again I still havenโt received my order and UPS tracking is showing a estimate delivery date for the 11th. That is 6 days!!!!!! Iโm so upset with this situation and no return phone call plus an email refunding the shipping fee. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
