These are great to keep on hand In case you have an emergency and can't get a hold of any pain pills. If you've got a toothache and can't concentrate at work, these do great and let you function until you can get dental or medical care properly. They're pretty strong so I recommend cutting them in half at the very least. Overdosing can give you the nods and make you very sick and nauseated.
