wonderful high, slow burn for me, doesn't hit me all at once making me sleepy, gives me a couple hours to enjoy it, and then I can sleep like a baby even with my insomnia.
Began by taking a whole tab, which was a bit too had too much. Cut back to a half a tab and the feeling was much better. Would highly recommend to those who want to relax and enjoy the evening. Also sleep like a baby with no after effects.
