I am a senior citizen who has not had any experience with thc or cbd in the last 40 years. I needed something to help me sleep better so I tried this product. Using one piece (10mg) a day 1 or 2 hours before bedtime has helped me to sleep better and longer each night. Having BPH, I had to get up every hour to hour and a half during the night to urinate. Since I started using this I only have to get up every 3 hours and have a much better sleep each night.
