Its a fantastic product, both my husband and I take a couple of gummies every night it truly helps with sleeping, relaxing and unwinding. I have noticed the consistency of it does change from jar to jar, sometimes having to take an extra gummy to get a similar result as a previous jar sometimes taking less so as to avoid a too strong buzz.
