I use it to help me relax and get to sleep at night seems to work pretty good I plan on continuing to use it we'll buy again for sure
They work good just make sure you eat them in advance to give it a chance to get in your system and work. Individual results may be different but for me they work I would buy them again
Awesome stuff really has a strong effect. I enjoy this one before bedtime but still good anytime one of the strongest effects I have had here.
