This is a life saver for my mother. She has arthritis and only uses homeopathic medicine. I have been purchasing this for her for years now. It helps her life her life without pain and stiff joints keeping her from enjoying things!!

Prior to taking this gummy, I would have the hardest time falling asleep. These not only help me fall asleep, they calm the anxiety that typically wakes me up in the middle of the night. So, I fall asleep and stay asleep. Best part: I'm not groggy in the morning like I would be with medication. Highly recommended!
