Flavor overall isnt bad. Better than some of the others i have tried. I found that 2 gummies are a prefect dose for me. I get super relaxed buzz and calms my back and neck pain making it easier to sleep. Also stops the mind from running during bedtime. Takes anywhere from 20mins to 1 hour to fully kick in but once it does i have had up to 6hrs worth of relaxed euphoria on 2 gummy dosage. I find it opens up a great music listening atmosphere.
In some ways, I can say these little things saved my soul. I suffer from an anxiety disorder which can lead to depression from fatigue and over-thinking. With these little 25mg, Delta-8 gummies I eat only half of one at a time and about an hour later I feel amazing. My brain is awakened, I don't have the mental fatigue I usually get and I even if I were to overthink something I am way more clear in the brain which has allowed me to process through things that were lingering in my heart. I know this is a bit much for a review but I cannot overstate the value these have brought into my life. I am, thanks to these, officially off of SSRI medication so no more feeling dead inside from those. So happy to have these in my life!
