The 750mg dose is perfect for first timers. The d8 combo adds a nice calm feeling without feeling sleepy. If your tolerance for edibles is high, then two is a good start. You wont start tripping balls until you get into 4 or more, however at that dose, the d8 will start to kick in harder so better to dose shrooms by itself if you want to experience more of the psychotropic effects. Other wise i recommend mixing with other cannabinoids, ie 1 shroom/d8 gummy and 1 thc/cbd gummy for the nice ride.
