I really like the 10 X disposables. The 1600 mg really helps me throughout the day. I have a Lot of energy to do what I’d like to do. The eights are great for the evening, but not too much if you’re watching TV or reading a book. You’ll lose interest fairly quick, so take it easy on that one. I recommend that one for sleep.

I have chronic lower back pain. Not only do these seem to lessen the pain but they have definitely curved my appetite.
