I’m still in evaluation mode, but after two weeks of use I can say I’ve been more focused during the day at work and also my appetite has been reduced. While my weight has only changed slightly, what has occurred is more awareness of whether I’m hungry or not, which triggers me to make a more intentional decision about eating or snacking even though I know I’m not hungry. I’ve had a couple of days where I never felt like eating, or I ate only a small portion of my lunch. We’ll see, but so far I am pleased with this product.
