These gummies are perfect for me. They relax and calm me at bedtime. I love that they do NOT contain melatonin. So many gummies do. Melatonin gives me vivid nightmares. These help calm my anxiety and allow me to "let go" of the day.
These gummies get the trick done if you are using them normally. But also, if you cut them up in the smaller doses, they're very good for dementia patients in your care. If you cut the gummies into quarters and halves, they don't get high and trip, it just gives them a relaxed feeling so they don't get agitated so easily.
