I have chronic pain and ptsd so it is hard to sleep at night. After taking these for almost 2 weeks now, 1 at bedtime, I am getting a very good 5-6 hours of solid sleep. Major improvement in mood and mental alertness are now being noticed by me and those close to me. I was not a believer hen I ordered them, but I am now. Hope to see other flavors soon.
