This was the 3rd time I bought these specific gummies. These are my absolute go-to sleep gummy. I sleep absolutely great. If I happen to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I have no trouble getting back to sleep. I consistently get between 7hours to 7.5 hours of sleep, periodically it’s 8+ hours.
