Since THCP is a naturally occurring compound in hemp carrying 0.3% THC or less, it is federally legal under the Farm Bill. Passed in 2018, the Farm Bill legalized created a legal distinction between hemp and marijuana, legalizing all hemp-derived products containing 0.3% THC or less. That said, individual states have their own laws and restrictions on hemp-derived cannabinoids. It’s always best to consult your state’s hemp laws before purchasing hemp-derived cannabinoids.
