Convenient and easy to dose. They're a bit chalky, but for the price they can't be beat. The lemon flavor is fine, and grinding the tablets into a powder is a fun way to spice up a drink.

These and the D9 tabs are now a permanent fixture in my medicine cabinet. They're easy to dose whether you're a seasoned medical users like me or even for micro dosing since they're scored. They weigh exactly 1 gram each and they're easy to crush & make some killer drink mixes. You can also just drop them in (I recommend breaking them into quarters and dropping them into sparkling water for a cool lava lamp effect).
