Just got back from visiting friends in Sacramento and walked the Redwoods and Muir Forests. Great time. Diamond helped me sleep in spite of the addition of flying in the metal cattle tubes we call 737s and lot of hiking to my “normal” pain. We’re somewhere around the six-year mark and still subscribed.
