Before I get started, the smell of this flower is absolutely enchanting.

For a bedtime smoke, this puts me in a relaxed state and hits the right spot.

However, I also created a no heat tincture with this Flower. I am excited to wait and see the medicinal benefits of TCHA without the heat applied.
