i need help sleeping at night and these do the trick, i dont wake up at night, i love the variety of flavors in the tropical mix, you dont have to worry about bad tasting gummies, these are really good and dont leave a bad taste in mouth like other gummies from other companies
I would probably rate these a 4.5, if I could. I would say they’re effective for a boost to energy and focus for me. However, I might describe it as being effective at maintaining a state of productivity/engaging/being present, but it’s not as effective at helping to get into those states. But pretty solid, consistent, and very tasty gummies, overall!
