I have PTSD from being a medic. I’ve tried many products over the years to get some sleep and stop the dreams. This is the only product I’ve found that lets me sleep and if I do dream they’re not about things I’ve seen. I take one square about 5pm and about 10-11pm I’m out til 6am.
