I’m still in evaluation mode, but after two weeks of use I can say I’ve been more focused during the day at work and also my appetite has been reduced. While my weight has only changed slightly, what has occurred is more awareness of whether I’m hungry or not, which triggers me to make a more intentional decision about eating or snacking even though I know I’m not hungry. I’ve had a couple of days where I never felt like eating, or I ate only a small portion of my lunch. We’ll see, but so far I am pleased with this product.
Have been taking these and sharing them for a year or two now. My friends think they are great and work well. I still take them every night and have no problems or side effects. Maybe building some resistance. Good thing there are more in the bag.
