I have chronic issues with falling/staying asleep. I’ve tried everything and so far this is the most helpful supplement. It tastes good and it takes the edge off so it is easier to drift into sleep. I find I fall asleep faster and wake up less frequently when I use these. And I don’t have lasting unwanted effects the next morning such as grogginess or feeling ‘out of it’
These are highly potent as advertised. I they are a bit strong for me for regular usage, but I like them for when I need something stronger. Plus they taste decent!
I love, love, love your sleep gummies. They work so well that I have no problem falling asleep. I like the blackberry, but I wish there were other flavors. Fingers crossed that will happen soon.
