Can I select which strains I want?

Yes! You create your personal list by selecting multiple strains from our menu. We’ll build your bundle from that list, so you’re always getting something you know you’ll enjoy—or are excited to try.

However, please note that you’re not guaranteed to get every single strain you select every month. You tell us which ones you like and our team selects either 4 or 8 strains, depending on your flower bundle size, from that list to send to you. We try to select different strains for you to try every month.

If you don’t like a strain you selected, you can always update your preferences to add or remove any strain on our site by visiting the My Bundles tab on your Account page.

Can I still buy after preorder ends?

No. Once the preorder closes, production begins and the window is sealed.

There’s no late entry, no backdoor, and no add-ons once the batch is locked. Preordering is the only way to get in.

Do you allow for coupon stacking? In other words, can I use more than one coupon at a time?

No, customers may only take advantage of one coupon, promotion, or discount at a time, and may not stack any or all of the above.

Am I able to use a coupon more than once? Do your coupons expire?

It depends on the promotion. While the bulk of our coupons are both time sensitive and for one use only, there may be some exceptions. You should assume that your coupon will expire and cant be used more than once unless otherwise noted. Please check our website or with customer service for more information on specific coupons.

How long after I order will my products arrive?

After we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday; no weekend processing or shipping). During high volume periods, processing may take up to 72 business hours. Delivery times usually vary between 3-5 business days depending on your location and may be affected by inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. We also offer UPS 2 DAY at checkout.

My order didn't process but funds were taken out of my account. What do I do?

If you received an error message when processing your order and did not receive a confirmation email there could be an issue with the billing address you entered. We recommend verifying the correct billing information with your bank. We do not have these funds. The bank holds declined funds for 2-3 business days and then releases them back to your account.

What do I do if my purchase is damaged?

If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team so we can work to make it right. If your claim is made within 100 days of purchase, you may be entitled to our 100 Day Make-it-Right Guarantee, and we may be able to solve your issue via a return, refund, or replacement. What kinds of products can I check out with using Sezzle?

You can purchase any of our products using Sezzle, except for product subscriptions. 

Someone I referred made a purchase but I didn’t get a reward.

There could be a few reasons you haven’t gotten a reward after your referee has made a purchase.

  1. The order hasn’t shipped.
  2. They didn’t spend $50 or more.
  3. They didn’t use your referral code during checkout.

Why does my cartridge taste burnt?

We store and ship our cartridges upside down to prevent leaking. In many cases, this will force air upwards to surround the cotton wick. You will need to flip and prime the cartridge before the first use, or else the cotton will burn before the oil, causing a burnt taste and smell. If you do have a burnt taste or smell, it should dissipate within the first 15 or so puffs.
