How can I describe them? They do a good of job as smoking thc if not better. I love to use them. They’re a great way for me to start my day and end it. I think the high last longer. I’m 77 and plan on using gummy’s for the rest of my life. They mellow me out a great deal. At night they relax me enough to sleep. I’m sold on them
