Very smooth. It also gives a very calming and relaxing sensation. Would definitely recommend for hectic days as a way to unwind.
I've only used them a few times now because I haven't been feeling well lately, but when I have taken them they give me so much needed energy throughout the long mornings, I will definitely be buying more when I need them but right now I'm pretty well stocked up.
