These are great and help me sleep, despite my severe knee pain. They take the edge off the pain, allowing me to relax, and the Melatonin helps me sleep throughout the night. The key is to take one 30-40 minutes before I plan on going to bed.
Really like the pain relief I get in my feet from neuropathy in my feet from using this product!
Small but powerful. When I first tried it, I only took half, and that was more than enough to get that high that I was looking for. Will definitely by again.
