Kinda chalky but taste a lot better than gummies. Definitely curb you want to eat. I started with half tablet and seems to be working great! I find the thcv works better by its self for decreased appetite and a non high experience. Will definitely buy again.
I take a half with a sleep gummy sometimes if I’m restless. I’ll take a whole one if I have arthritic pain and it really takes the edge off. Good product.
Very good product for me, I get a solid 6 to 8 hours of sleep. I used to take melatonin supplements which didn’t work. This blend is perfect.
