I enjoy these a lot. The flavor and texture are really nice. I do take an entire gummy, cut it in thirds and slowly suck on them over a couple of hours. I use them to help me sleep, and they work well.

First time getting these since the ones I normally get are no longer available. These are very good. Keeps me mellow for a few hours. I can take one and I’m mellow and still completely functional at work. It’s perfect. The taste is very good as well. So it’s like a treat that mellows me out.

My husband and I have both experienced much better sleep quality while using these regularly. Good stuff.
